A day trip to Bovilla Lake and the Dajti Mountain cable car in Albania can be a fantastic way to explore nature and enjoy breathtaking views. Bovilla Lake is about 25 kilometers from Tirana. You can enjoy a hike to the Gamti mountain, where the view of Bovilla Lake is amazing. Dajti National Park, Albania, also known as Tirana’s Natural balcony, is located 26 km to the east of Tirana. In winter, the mountain is often covered with snow, from Dajti National Park you have a spectacular view of the capital city.

Off Road Safari in Bovilla
Around 9:00am our drive comes and pick you up at your hotel and you drive off roading towards the Bovilla canyons, one of the most beautiful panoramic roads around Tirana. The lake of Bovilla lies on the northeastern side of Tirana, between two mountain ranges. It provides most of the drinking water for Tirana at it is surround by a green nature. Because it is surrounded by mountains and forest, the color of the water looks green to blue.
Gamti Mountain
There is a small hike, around 20 minutes to the top of Gamti mountain were at the view-point we have breathtaking views that can’t be expressed with words, it only can be experienced. The trail to hike at Gamti mountain balcony, is a simple level where every step gives you a more beautiful view as you reach the top. At the balcony there is an impressive view of the lake and the green hills surrounding it. Time to rest, to enjoy the gorgeous view to talk and to eat food under the shadows of the cave.
Seilbahnfahrt auf den Berg Dajti
In the afternoon we drive back to the feet of Dajti Mountain meet the Cable Car. Take the cable car ride 15 minutes up the National Park Dajti Mountain and have a nice relaxing walk in the park. There we have the possibility to play mini golf, have a coffee at the infinity bar overlooking Tirana and the whole valley down to the Adriatic Sea, play at the Dajti Adventure Park etc.
