We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal through our secure WeTravel booking platform. Payment is processed in EUR or USD depending on your preference.

What is your cancellation policy?

30+ days before departure: Full refund
15-29 days before departure: Partial refund or travel credit
14 days or less: Non-refundable
21+ days before: Full refund for certain tours
10-20 days before: Partial refund
4-9 days before: Limited refund

Are your tours guaranteed to depart?

Yes! All our scheduled group tours have guaranteed departures. We never cancel due to low numbers, so you can book with confidence.

What’s included in the tour price?

Most tours include transportation in luxury Mercedes vehicles (V-Class minivans or S-Class cars), licensed multilingual guide, accommodation (for multi-day tours), selected meals, and entry fees where stated. International flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, and non-listed meals are excluded.

What type of vehicles do you use?

We use modern, air-conditioned Mercedes vehicles including 5-seater cars, 8-seater V-Class minivans, luxury S-Class rentals, and Mercedes Sprinter/Setra coaches for larger groups. All vehicles are well-maintained and comfortable.

How physically demanding are your tours?

Tour difficulty varies. Day trips and cultural tours involve moderate walking. Adventure activities like hiking in the Albanian Alps or rafting require good fitness. We can accommodate different fitness levels and customize activities accordingly.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes! We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary requirements. Please inform us of any restrictions when booking.
